1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk966 ("pk966", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk966 website, mobile interface and all associated services, content and features (collectively, the "Service").

pk966 is an international online sports betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

4. Account Eligibility

To create an Account and use the pk966 Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Service:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. pk966 operates an adults-only platform and takes age verification seriously. Providing false information to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pk966 platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pk966 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses and withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.3 Accurate Information

All registration details provided must be accurate, complete and current. You must promptly notify pk966 of any changes to your personal information. pk966 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.4 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the pk966 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use the Service. pk966 does not operate under a Pakistani governmental licence and does not claim that its services are lawful in Pakistan — please refer to Section 16 for further context on Pakistan's legal framework.

5. Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires the provision of personally identifiable information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. All information must correspond to your official identity documentation.

5.1 KYC Documentation

pk966 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to provide the following documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Service:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or valid national ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other verified source);
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance obligations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Payment method references above (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are used for identification context only and do not imply any endorsement of gambling by those institutions.

5.2 Verification Timeline

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission, subject to document quality and compliance review. pk966 reserves the right to extend this period where additional checks are required.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

pk966 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account Settings page;
2. Contact pk966 support via the in-platform Live Chat or Help Center without delay;
3. Cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by the security team.

pk966 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

7. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your pk966 Account must be made using payment methods approved and available on the platform at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. Deposits are credited in PKR.

7.1 Deposit Minimums

A minimum deposit amount applies, which may vary by payment method. The current minimum is published in the Cashier section of the platform and is subject to change. As a general reference, a typical minimum deposit is in the region of PKR 500–1,000, though the applicable figure at time of deposit controls.

7.2 Payment Method References

pk966 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples of deposit channels. These references are provided for familiarity purposes only. None of the above-named institutions endorses, supports or is affiliated with pk966 or any gambling activity. Users must verify current available deposit methods in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

7.3 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, pk966 reserves the right to void associated transactions, suspend the Account and request additional documentation.

7.4 Deposit Limits

Users may set voluntary deposit limits via their Account Settings as part of the responsible gambling tools available on the platform. pk966 may also apply mandatory deposit limits in accordance with responsible gambling obligations or regulatory requirements. Increases to voluntary limits may be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) full KYC verification being completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds being met; and (c) the withdrawal request meeting any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

8.1 Processing Times

pk966 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically between 24 and 72 hours for standard requests following successful verification. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, where additional compliance checks are required, or due to delays attributable to payment service providers.

8.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. pk966 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where required for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section. pk966 reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple payments processed over consecutive business days. VIP and loyalty-tier users may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as published in the relevant tier benefits documentation.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

pk966 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback programmes and other promotions ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific supplemental terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, supplemental promotion terms take precedence.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). A User must place total qualifying wagers equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the stated multiplier before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn. For example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers.

9.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies. The specific limit is stated in each promotion's supplemental terms. As an illustrative reference, a typical limit may be in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per bet or spin. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in void bonuses and/or account review.

9.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of qualifying wager value. Table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage, typically between 5% and 20%. Live dealer games may have separate contribution rates. The full game contribution schedule is published in the promotions terms section of the platform.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. Any associated winnings derived from an expired bonus are also forfeited.

9.5 Bonus Abuse

pk966 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including collusion, use of staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, multi-accounting and exploitation of system errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk966 reserves the right to: void the bonus and all associated winnings; close all related accounts; and withhold any funds pending further investigation.

10. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pk966 platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables and instant games are published in the respective game-specific rules sections of the platform.

10.1 Acceptance of Bets

pk966 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) the odds or outcome were published in error; (b) the bet is placed after the event has commenced in circumstances where live/in-play betting is not offered; (c) the system detects suspicious wagering patterns; or (d) the User's Account does not have sufficient Real-Money Funds to cover the stake.

10.2 Cricket Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets on pk966 cover a wide range of formats including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other listed fixtures. Market types available may include Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under, Team Totals and live in-play markets. pk966 does not hold any official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any playing team. Cricket references are for sports context only.

10.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a defined period; where the event result cannot be verified; or where a clear pricing error is identified. Void bets will be returned to the User's Real-Money Fund balance at the original stake value.

10.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game or betting session, pk966 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its published game integrity policy. Where a game round cannot be completed or verified, stakes may be returned to the User's account. pk966 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk966 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using the Service if you are under the required minimum age;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Holding multiple accounts or colluding with other users to exploit the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting on events whose outcome you have the ability to influence, or using insider information;
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the Service for any purpose connected to financial crime;
• Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Exploiting system errors, bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing the pk966 support team or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

12. Responsible Gambling

pk966 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and that players should never gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the amount of funds that may be deposited into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Limits on the net losses that may be sustained over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Notifications or enforced breaks after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to several weeks, during which deposits and play are suspended;

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk966 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, data compilations and structural layouts — is the property of pk966 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or distribute any content from the platform; use any automated data extraction or scraping tools; reverse-engineer any software component; or create derivative works based on platform content.

The pk966 name, logo and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of pk966. Unauthorised use of pk966 branding for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk966 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses sustained by a User in the course of using the Service;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption to the Service caused by technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond pk966's reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from unauthorised access due to User failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance by the User on information published on the pk966 platform for financial, investment or legal decision-making purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk966's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Suspension & Termination

pk966 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity is suspected;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more) and applicable dormant account policies apply;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure;
• A User requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

On account closure for User breach, pk966 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where closure is at the User's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified Real-Money Fund balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

16. Legal Context — Pakistan

pk966 does not claim to be licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. pk966 operates under international licensing context applicable to the operator's home jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the pk966 platform is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. pk966 recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their legal obligations before registering or depositing.

pk966 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk966 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date in the page header. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the Service and contact support to request account closure.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

18.1 Complaint Process

Before initiating any formal dispute, Users are required to submit a complaint to the pk966 customer support team via the in-platform Help Center. pk966 will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms. The validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
